Join us for our Naked! Yoga OR Pilates Live-Stream, RESCHEDULED TO FRIDAY, February 25 at 10:00 AM PST. YOU VOTED, and we're doing a 60-minute Advanced Beginner Yoga class!
This is a Beginner class, but for those who aren't brand new. At this level, you've taken a few classes and are starting to remember the names and shapes of the postures. If you're an absolute beginner, you'll probably still get a lot out of the class, but if it starts to move too quickly, you can always take a break or skip things.
I'll build on that base knowledge by cueing important bits of technique (without discussing every detail so as not to be overwhelming). We'll review many of the basic shapes and cover the basics of the Sun Salutations. Even if you're more of an advanced practitioner, I always recommend taking beginner classes every now and then to brush up on some basics and slow things down. Of course, it's your practice, so you can always add things in that are a part of your practice without me teaching it.
If you can't make the live event, you can just follow the same link to practice afterwards!

Despite initial connectivity issues on my end and having to exit early, I enjoyed my first live stream yoga. Yet I was a little rusty having been out of it for a time, it was a good workout! Thank you! -Alberto
