🕑 Added 2022-01-24 17:00:07 +0000 UTCJoin me through Youtube for a FREE not-Naked! Yoga & Pilates Live-Stream on Thursday, January 27 at 4:00 PM PST! If you miss it, it will be available for playback. Tell your friends!
Six years ago on that very day (January 27), at that very time (7:00pm EST), Naked in Motion held its first class in New York. We're still trucking along, but a lot has changed as we've adapted to the times. For another year, we're celebrating with a free virtual class instead of our usual special Naked! event. I will be the only one on camera, and since it's Youtube, I'll be clothed, but I encourage all to practice Naked! to celebrate our 6 year Anniversary!
