2 week "MEDICAL LEAVE" + schedule changes
🕑 Added 2021-04-08 23:28:33 +0000 UTCHi patrons,
Just wanted to touch base with a quick update. As some of you may have seen from my Bi-Weekly Updates, I'm really struggling with sleep apnea, and I don't get fitted for my CPAP until Tuesday. It'll take some getting used to, and I've been feeling so unwell from sleep deprivation that I've decided to take a so-called "Medical Leave of Absence" for the next two weeks. It's important to me to be able to show up fully when I'm teaching, and I've come to accept that I can't do that right now, so I'd rather model self-compassion by letting my body take the time it needs to heal.
I'm hoping to feel significantly better in a couple weeks. Of course, if I'm not, or anything changes, I'll let you know ASAP. For now, I'm re-scheduling the Live-Streams and all private sessions to the end of the month.
Here's the updated live-stream schedule (as updated on our Google Calendar):
($9 LEVEL & UP):
Naked! Live-Stream Yoga OR Pilates...YOU VOTED, and we're doing a 60-minute Intermediate Yoga & Pilates Combo class.
NEW CLASS DATE: Saturday, April 24 at 11:00 AM PST.
($29 LEVEL & UP):
Naked! Live-Stream Workshop...there's still time to vote on the topic, so scroll down to the poll posted on the 2nd!
NEW CLASS DATE: Tuesday, April 27 at 2:30 PM PST.
Just to recap the spring plan as mentioned in previous announcements, I'm taking specific content out of the Library for everyone to work on March-June instead of producing new pre-recorded content. Info on that is posted the 3rd of every month. My original intention in doing this was to film and edit my online Beginner's Guide to Naked! Yoga, but using the extra time to navigate health issues has taken priority. I plan to move forward with the plan as intended, although it might extend past June.
Thanks for your continued support and understanding. I look forward to a time in the near future when I can get back to work on the Naked in Motion mission with a full tank of gas.
