Naked! Class Audio for the Visually-Impaired/Blind
🕑 Added 2021-01-27 00:45:13 +0000 UTCHey Patrons,
As I mentioned in my last Bi-Weekly Update, I'm going to start posting a second Naked! Class Audio each month where I'll cater my teaching style specifically to be more accessible for folks who are blind or visually impaired. This is a new project I'm working on, and I welcome feedback as I slowly start to incorporate this new technique.
To be honest, it's not that much different than the way I teach Absolute Beginners, so even if you're a seeing person and just starting out in yoga, this class might work well for you.
This class is done entirely lying down or seated on the mat or in a chair, and I recommend having the mat close to a wall for support.
Viewer (listener) discretion is advised. You are responsible for knowing your limits! Remember to always listen to your body and make decisions that work for you. Skip anything you want and take breaks when you need to. If something hurts, stop. Remember, more is not better, it's just MORE.
