Access to Naked! Live-Stream: Absolute Beginner Yoga 90 mins

Join us for our Naked! Live-Stream Yoga OR Pilates on Saturday, January 9 at 12:00PM PST. YOU VOTED, and it was close, but we're doing an Absolute Beginner Yoga 90-minute class! I'll cater this class to people who are just starting out with Yoga, going over the basics and technique. It'll be a long class, so we'll cover a lot of ground and touch on some meditation and pranayama as well.
For those who are thinking, "I'm too advanced for a beginner class," - think again! I take beginner ballet, yoga, and Pilates classes often to slow things down and get in touch with the basics. Also, since the movement will go a bit more slowly and simply, it's a great time to practice adding in more advanced techniques. For example, you might use the class to practice your Bandhas the whole time, or try to keep a consistent Ujayii breathing practice!
If you can't make the live event, you can just follow the same link to practice afterwards.
