Batman went to Harvey's thinking it was where Rachel was is because Joker swtiched the addresses and told Batman the one where Harvey was, knowing he would go save Rachel. Joker needed Harvey to turn evil

The Joker was with Heath Ledger until he died - if you watch his final film, The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassis, by legendary director Terry Gilliam, the character Ledger plays feels like residual Joker - speech, mannerisms. Ledger died during filming of Dr. Parnassis, and Gilliam dealt with it in a genius way. Absolutely list-worthy.

Slumdog Millionaire was good. TDK was a masterpiece. And after 2009, the Academy of Motion Pictures literally changed the list of "Best Picture" from 5 to 10. As a direct result of so many people expressing how ridiculous it was that this movie wasn't nominated for Best Pic. This is the Godfather of Superhero movies. I love the MCU and Avengers Endgame was incredible . But I still think it's secondary to this absolute masterpiece from Christopher Nolan. This should've been the first superhero movie to be nominated for best picture. It will likely never happen now.

Yes! This isn't just a great superhero movie, this is filmmaking at its finest. When Christopher Nolan is on his game--and he's on it a lot--the result is magic. It won Best Picture in several competitions, but it wasn't nominated for an Oscar. "Silence of the Lambs" showed a movie of a sort pop genre could win an Academy Award, and surely the consensus is that "The Dark Knight" is superior to "Slumdog Millionaire," which won in 2009 (although to be fair, "Slumdog" was great. As you said, "Perfection."
