These are my exact thoughts. Thank you for putting it into words. I haven’t posted them yet but I just finished episode 12 and honestly I’m baffled at how Skyler is handling it.

Skylar’s motivations have basically been the same since she found out. Protect her children—she wants to protect them from their father, protect them from Walt’s business, and protect their image of him. That’s why she believes Walt dying before the truth is exposed would be the best option. She believes that whole secret will die with him. However, it was not the best option. The best protection for them would have been for her to immediately go to the police and Hank when she found the money. She is exactly like she said to Walt—she’s a coward—she doesn’t want her children to live with the fact their Dad is a murdering drug dealer.

I think for the last 6 (I think...) episodes, you should just go ahead and bring your popcorn! I don't think I really expected Skylar to spill the beans, given that at this point she's now complicit, but my my my what a tangled web!!

I started watching Breaking Bad when it first came out. Somewhere in the 2nd season I quit watching, because I thought "Why am I watching this and rooting for Walt? He is a major asshole." When the series was in the final season, I began watching and binging with my wife, who refused to watch it before. We both got hooked on it, and it was difficult to wait each week for the last 8 episodes on AMC.

Pure chaos at this point. At least Skylar was smart in the moment. Not time to make any rash decisions. Also props to her for realizing he doesn't have much to go on proof wise. That was a mistake by Hank. He rushed in too quick. Man I can't wait for more.
