“Masters of War” is another good Dylan song

I highly recommend the Dylan album “Blood On The Tracks”. It is so therapeutic and insightful. You will love it.

If you love Bob Dylan, you need to hear Blind Willie McTell, the man Dylan admired so much, he wrote an entire song in his honor, "Blind Willie McTell." McTell’s music laid the foundation for folk and blues storytelling, shaping Dylan and countless others. His songs are poetic, soulful, and timeless, blending intricate guitar work with haunting bluesy charm. If you’re drawn to deep, vivid storytelling and raw emotion, he’s an absolute must-listen. Two Recommendations Bob Dylan-”Blind Willie McTell” Blind Willie McTell-”Statesboro Blues”

Love this song! It always reminds me of the emporium scene in Dazed and Confused with Matthew McConaughey though lol. Amber can you react to Leonard Cohen “So Long, Marianne”

Amber - Great reaction. If you're more curious about the story he's telling then go on YouTube and watch the trailer for the movie "The Hurricane" with Denzel Washington. Maybe the trailer will intrigue to watch the movie.

They would’ve found some way to convict him either way

I honestly wonder what would’ve happened had the one surviving witness had died before he could ID Rubin…kinda messed up but so is innocent Rubin Carter spending so much time in prison. You have to watch the movie!

Problem is there a lot of myths about the Hurricane Carter case that people buy into and the movie permeates.

Incredible song and great reaction.. Both before and after the verdict that set him free, Carter summed up his story by saying, "Hate got me into prison, love got me out."
Jeff Anderson
Yes Bob wrote this song for wrongly accused Rubin Carter aka the Hurricane. He was a number 1 contender in Boxing and because he was wrongly convicted of murder lost chance at the title. The Movie Hurricane with Denzel showcases this.
David Palmer
Amber…this song also reminds me of the movie “To Kill A Mockingbird” which you should definitely watch. It’s about a man falsely accused of a crime he didn’t commit, and takes place during the Great Depression. Such a powerful powerful movie, you would absolutely love it.
David Palmer
You need to watch The Hurricane now with Denzel
Solomon
There’s a movie you should watch about this starring Denzel Washington, it’s called Hurricane
