Can I be honest here? No shade to the actress, I was distracted by her lopsided boob's. It's like gravity hit one and not the other. It was an amazing scene but of course, you know me. Damn, that's a powerfu....oooh... her boobies are lopsided. I then could never unsee it. Eye bleach. STAT!

I've been saying this for years amd always get so much backlash. I think it's taking so long bc he saw the reaction to certain things, none of which I will mention or hint at, and is going back changing things. Oddly enough, what I want to know most in the next book is wtf happens woth Pod? I won't say much bit his life is in jeopardy at the end of Dance with Dragons lol. I don't wanna lose Pod.

Yeah, she also said she was worried about her children seeing or hearing about it. Rebecca Van Cleave was her body double and it was actually her first nude scene. I think it was pretty well done, I wouldn't have known without reading about it afterwards.

BTW there are people like me who think Arya's story is excellent. It's not confusing at all. It's her struggle to figure out who she is. The fact that it includes a lot of pseudo magic and religious fanaticism and revenge killing and so on is no different from the dead rising to to fight or dragons or the religion of the Seven or the Nights Watch getting revenge on Jon. You see all these kinds of things in the other storylines. I think watching her struggle between wanting to become Nobody and still being Arya Stark is great.

Cersei is at the bottom of her power and influence here. This is the time any self serving person would dump her. But he doesn't do that. He's never shown looking for any reward the way most other characters do. He just wants to serve her based on his actions and unwavering dedication. There's no reason to think he can't find some other more promising situation with someone who isn't forced to walk naked in the streets after being jailed. His attachment to her looks to me as strong as Grey Worm's to Daenerys. And I'm sure no one would call that "butt kissing".

Yeah. Can't remember which author but he finished a set of books and the dedication in the last one was to George R. R. Martin and it said "See George? It can be done" or something similar. 😆 yeah. It's taking so long I'm beginning to think that the show got it right and George is scared to publish it because of the backlash. 🤣

You are so lucky! When watching the gut wrenching final episodes of each season in real time we had to wait for the next season to drop. And most seasons ended on low notes, not high. It was absolutely excruciating. :-(

I felt like you did though... the way to think about it is the way many people think about the Super Bowl when their team is NOT involved... its an EPIC event and you 'just want to see a good game'. GOT is a great game. I say go for the Dragon... their harder to kill if you want to cheer for a series character. Hang in there.... try some Breaking Bad and im POSITIVE you will love Dr Strange. This incomplete confession and walk of atonement shows another aspect of Cersei. A lot of the time you see how cruel and manipulative she is but you don't see that she's also extremely tough. You don't realize just how much she will endure to reach her goals. It's also impressive to see that Qyburn loves her and will do anything he can to protect her.

Yes S5 is bipolar AF lol. The first 7 episodes aren't that great and episode 7 is so bad lol. Then 8,9, and 10 are amazing and kick right into epic things to come. 🖤

My rankings to this point 1. S4 2. S3 3. S1 4.S5 5. S2 1 and 5 are close but Arya bs in S5 drops it 1 below for me. S2 just wasn't very good after episode 1 until the end of episode 8 and then explodes in episode 9 (pun intended) and gets better and better until S5E1. Massive fall-off until S5E8 (Hard Home). Now we are headed towards great things.

This episode was so, so good! Watching it for the first time when it was on HBO and we had to wait for the next season was TORTURE! It's one of those episodes that when it ends you just sit there and have nothing to say, then you have LOTS to say!!! So excited for season 6 - it is my personal favorite. Interesting side bar, the actress playing Cersei was heavily pregnant during this episode so that is actually a body double edited in for the walk of atonement. Also, another sidebar, the actress playing the nun is beautiful in real life and you can see her on the show Ted Lasso - there is the cutest TikTok these two made of running on to each other on the street and pretending to hate each other before hugging and laughing while Hannah yells out "shame" lol

You are right about Arya's storyline. To this specific point the Meryn Traunt part os the only good part of it. Then right after that they hit us with that nonsense lol. It's the main reason I like season 3 and 4 better.

And here we are. the episode that had the whole world in flux for an entire year. Unlike us she won't have time to ponder and talk to others going through the same thing. And im not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. For 12 months I had conspiracy theories and could put together puzzle pieces but she won't have time to really sus out all the things that we did. IDK. Even with all that time we had no clue how all these things were gonna play out. But damn if it wasn't an interesting 10-12 months
