Silent Hill Behind the Scenes
🕑 Added 2025-11-03 17:17:24 +0000 UTCSilent Hill was my top pick for Halloween. Don't get me wrong, I wasn’t happy with my old animation, but to be fair, it was a commission, and I'm still developing my skills at that time, so I wanted to revisit it with new skills.
At first, I imagined Heather being sucked non-stop by a nurse while another pinned her down, but I realized animating three characters sounded tough. I've only done two characters before with my Bowsette animation, and I find that to be challenging already, what more if there were 3 characters?
Then I thought about some 3D corn videos I watched before where a futa gets milked using a fleshlight by a machine or a female, so I came up with a new idea, one nurse milking Heather while she’s restrained by tentacles.
However, the tentacle idea didn’t feel right, so I dropped it and realized I had to bring back a second nurse to pin her legs. Yep, three characters after all. Once everything was set up, I loved how the scene looked! What I tried to avoid actually made it better!
Animating was intense. I had to hide each nurse alternately to keep my PC running at a workable and stable FPS. The milking nurse needed a lot of attention to sync her actions with Heather’s reactions. It stressed me, but after positioning all of them in the scene and seeing what the final result would look like, it motivated me to push forward.
Another challenge I faced was environmental change. One of the iconic visuals of the Silent Hill games is the rusty, dark, decayed look of the interiors when the siren blows. I had to make an environment that looks normal for the intro, and the otherworld version of it where the spicy part will take place.
I didn’t plan the intro at first, but watching the animation made me realize viewers might wonder how Heather ended up like this. So I added a simple intro to explain without delaying the release. It’s a good balance—not too long or short, giving just enough backstory.
Not only that, but this is the first time that I hired a VA for this project. The Half-Life animation used an AI voice that turned some people off. This time, it's a real voice actor!
I’m not sure when I’ll do another 3-character animation. It was tough on me and my PC, but I wanted to mix things up from my usual tentacle stuff. Overall, it was a fun challenge, and I hope you all enjoy it!
