After all, she had guarded him for quite a good while for the last month, and from what she had seen, she knew Harry wasn't doing well, especially with that kind of relatives. So Tonks decided that Harry deserved a little cheer up, and it didn't hurt that Harry was so handsome.

Chapter 6 of A Veela's Magic - Harry and Fleur were training for the third task and having a good time, but suddenly, Fleur sent a fireball near them. Harry watched as Rita Skeeter appeared before them, looking terrified, especially when Fleur demanded with her Veela voice what she was doing; after a lot of talk, Fleur decided that Rita would not be burned alive for spying on them, would not be sent to Azkaban for being an unregistered animagus, instead, from now on, she would work with them, and to ensure her silence, it involved nine inches of thick down her throat.
