I've always felt very aware that all I offer here is access to wip sketches because let's be honest, for having an entire tier related to it I never really run polls, and I've been wondering about whether I could offer anything else or make any improvements around here.
In the end though, you guys are the ones generous enough to support me, so I figure I can open it up to a general discussion! Which I guess brings me to the point of this post, and that's for it to be a place for suggestions on how I run this place and what else I can offer you guys.
As an example, as touched on above the main thing I'm thinking about switching up is my approach to polls. I think the issue for me is coming up with enough stuff to fill one, and if I'm only coming up with OC ideas, chances are I'll get around to all of them eventually anyway, so what I'm thinking is that I could run a monthly poll with suggestions taken from you guys instead, not unlike what a lot of other artists do. I might drop poll voting access to the current $3 tier but add the ability to submit poll suggestions to the $5 tier, or something like that.
Unless that sounds terrible! I'd be interested in hearing what you guys think. More tiers? Q&As? CSP files? Timelapses? Monthly slots for priority/guaranteed commissions? Am I overthinking and should I keep it the way it is?

I'm remember back in the Tumblr days, we'd be asking questions to your characters. That be a great way to improve a tier!

Thanks, in that case I could look into them! Just gotta get over the stage fright of showing everyone how slow and messy my process feels haha And man the idea of character asks takes me back to the tumblr days, could be fun to try if people were interested for sure!

That's the idea! I feel like for how much I appreciate the support of you guys I don't really give much opportunity to influence my output, so hopefully taking poll suggestions would be a way to change that!

I like the idea of time-lapses, I'd be interested to see your work flow and learn from your methods. If you felt like it, maybe some Ask the Character stuff? I dunno I don't want to put too much work or pressure on you!
