ItWasIDIO!!

I am weak with nothing to read on lunch (the itch to continue stronger than continuing other stories not currently at a hype moment) I am here

Lance Wheeler

Resting comfortably is is own weapon.

Chris Seagraves

I find it slightly odd he is so cognizant of his mana levels when everything up to know has been the complete opposite.

Voral

This throws me back to when back in the first dozen or so chapters I really expected some sort of Appraisal skill to appear, maybe the time has finally come?

Azulmar

"And no one heard at all, not even the chair"

Ryan

I forgot to add "attempted" during the scene. It should be better now though

Nimps

Yeah I thought he had got rid of the shield too, and then when it was back again I was confused

Corwin

I wonder if their is a skill to learning how to read concepts. Or is Julius just going to need to be exposed to enough concepts to get a feel for them

The ultimate weapon: the chair!

Fun chapter, always good to see a beat down and a new use for his concepts. One quick note/edit suggestion: "A surge of kinetic energy had him in front of the lone monster and he smashed a front kick at its shield. The strike was so powerful that it was staggered back once again, not being able to deal with such a strong kick." Two things, using "kick" twice in the paragraph reads a little awkward, maybe use blow for the second instance? Second thing, I believe he grabbed the shield earlier in the fight ("But in the end, it wasn’t able to hold onto the shield and protect itself") so the hobo gobo shouldn't have had it here. Looking at the paragraph you may have meant that Julius moved the shield out of position but it's a little unclear from the text. Overall great job conveying the combat, keeping it clear who's punching who and where seems like a giant pain in the butt! Thanks for the chapter!

Kevin O'Malley

Thanks for the chapter.

Raymond Mouton

Thanks for the chapter. Like the frustration Julius is expressing regarding the inability to pull a chair from his storage…

Quentin Cozzi

Thanks for the chapter!
