han i don't use any plugins. You can see at 0:55 that i am making a whole body mask in each frame. Then i work inside it. It is easier because you don't have to care about boarders anymore . This timelapse is 3 minutes only, but there is around 20-25 hours of work in it .

This timelapse is so interesting, I dont see you coloring every frame do you use some plugin to transfer colors between frames?
