I wonder if the calming pheromones have to be intentional? Idk about this one but in other AUs you can be intentional about the kinda pheromones you put out? I geuss you can’t always control it but at least calming pheromones are usually more of a decision

slug

It’s like the more X-treme version of getting a pump from a work out! Lactic acid and blood like after a really heavy making muscle swell then all their hair stands on end

Crazethegayz

headcanon that during his alpha mode, iwaizumi can finally brag about being taller than Oikawa for once lmao 😭

Lily

need him biblically. i need him in a way that would set feminism back by decades. centuries even. in a way that would concern the whole humanity

Heydwb

I have a question! In an earlier update of heat partner, Rin calms down Omi with his beta scent. Would that mean Samu wouldnt go into alpha mode for Rin? I love the trio, but im honestly curious about Rin and Samus dynamics before Toya, given that they are alpha and beta. Also curious about alpha X alpha, with Aram and Kita

Grape Soda 💜💕

Okay but like I can kind of see it and I’m TOTALLY behind it if you decide to implement it in your universe. 😭 your AUs have been running my brain for years atp

Siren

All i gotta say is yes

Vanessa N

I can definitely get behind this because feeds further into that animalistic side of them and really lends to that feral nature, especially during sex. I love it, and there’s something so appealing about characters like Samu especially going through a change like this because he’s so calm and collected under normal circumstances and then loses it like this and there are physical changes he can’t control that give it away.

ji

alpha bokuto too thoughts are being thunk

ji

good grief 😭

sam!

osamu miya the man that you are🧎🏼‍♀️🧎🏼‍♀️🧎🏼‍♀️🧎🏼‍♀️

JunoApollo

Yessss exactly!!!

ShidouRyusae

Suga Koushi

He looks so Psychopath

Suga Koushi

Osamu the crazy guy from downtown

Summer

Okay but along with that, imagine in winter, Toya and Rin rile him up before sleeping so they have more heat from the bigger body bc it’s fucking COLD! 😂🥶🔥 Osamu in his personal heater arc fr

kenz💫

Normal mode Samu’s face is melting my heart 🥰

Yura

OK I NEED A KYOOMI VERSION IM BEGGING YOU

Red Fox

atsumu seeing osamu randomly get bigger behind the onigiri counter with no suna or komori in sight... >_>

_P1nky

Oh that’s actually so hot what

hyo

osamu being huge when he’s not making onigiris 🥵

Hakey

Do you think Osamu's instincts go hard because he has two mates/people to watch out for??

DinToro_xo

Same lmao

FlameGreyWolf

I mean, not only their knot expands 🤣🤣🤣 but it could be puffing up for different reasons as well as stated, territorial/exerting dominance could be one too

shortyycakee

Omg I need alpha mode Osamu all the time 🥵🥵🥵

eli

he looks so bitable in his alpha mode on ugh

Hina_♡

WOW 😳😳😳

JunoApollo

Omg also- alpha puffing contests at frats lmfaoooo

Fio

me looking at this and then having to go back to work iagljkdffd

JunoApollo

Would also love to know if there’s sone omega equivalent!! Maybe during heat the body puts on more fat to look plumper / softer??

JunoApollo

OOOOOOOO that’s such a neat idea I wonder if they ever pull muscles or get sore afterwards ruts (I’d imagine they’d be puffed up for a while) I also would imagine like….toxic alphas taking some sort of supplement to increase the puffing up / stay in that state for extended periods of time to look more intimidating
