I recently read Shadows of the New Sun, a tribute anthology to Wolfe by many outstanding authors. A couple of the stories deal directly with New Sun, while others deal with other works or simply with Wolfean themes. Some of the stories would make interesting episodes.

Suggestions: Ted Chiang's The Truth of Fact, the Truth of Feeling and Exhalation. The Audible audiobook version has excellent narration too. Hope other people know of other authors in the labyrinthine league of Borges, Wolfe or Chiang.
