I’ve had a couple of lucid dreams and most of them were boring, mainly just me dreaming that i was awake and getting ready for the day and waiting to see how far into the morning i would get before actually waking up. However, I had one lucid dream (nightmare) that ended with me having sleep paralysis that scared the fuck out of me 😫
