Eva hasn't met him much. He is funny and charismatic and seems to have met a lot of woman in his prime. Due to some unfortunate reason Eva and Tony have to let him stay in their apartment for some time. He cares about his son but he was an absent father in Tony's childhood hence Tony seems to hate him a bit.
