Ah mystery solved! My photographer and I ran into a snag with our presets defaulting. Might have been because an update or maybe they didn't get changed after finishing a different project. I think that's the reason.

Aaaah, okay. That explains the limited resolution, of course perfectly understandable that you want to prevent unauthorised prints. My confusion was that the actual dimensions of the image files are much larger in some cases (for instance Zatanna1, which has a height of 3600 pixels), they do look pretty unsharp when viewed at full scale of the file, but all of them look perfectly sharp when viewed at their intended resolution (so that their long side is 1000px). Obviously not a big deal. ;) Hope you are having a great weekend! :)

Hey, interesting question. All digital photos are 72dpi and 1000 px on the long end so they are unable to be used for unauthorized print or publication. The difference can be seen more often in wide-angle shots (mostly landscape) than in vertical mids and closeups. This prevents me from adding an intrusive watermark to all the images.

Anytime! :) Couldn't help but notice that some of these photos look beautifully sharp while others look as if they had been upscaled from lower resolution versions. Any idea why that might be? Hope I don't come off too nitpicky here... :D

One of the files is a Photoshop file (.psd). I don't mind, but I guess this wasn't intentional. ;)

I've successfully tuned an antique piano for our first album - wouldn't mind trying. ;)

truth be told, this piano has seen better days. I think it's so out of tune that it would summon demons if played.
