All body meshes that you can choose as clothing in CAS or with WickedWhims Body Selector can be high poly.
Presets and sliders use only low-poly meshes for work. It's difficult to make sculptures in such conditions, but what is more important - details like genitals are impossible here.
Also, now you understand why low poly meshes (or presets) look more sloppy and angular.
