Use something like WinRAR to extract, it'll prompt you for the password which is written directly under the download link in the post above.

Thanks Znel. The hands still flap around after collision with the NPC's though. Raised in a comment on v38.2 and acknowledged by yourself, any fix in the works for that? Hand physics of v37.1 and earlier were fine. Thanks, and keep up the good work!
