I've been following Inceton Games for a while now, especially since they've embarked on creating a brand-new 3D game. This project is a spin-off of their popular game, Lust Theory, which I highly recommend checking out if you haven't already.
I reached out to Inceton Games out of curiosity to see if they had any sneak peeks they could share with us. To our delight, they generously provided us with the very first build of Unreal Lust Theory. Although it's still in the early stages of development, the game already shows great promise with its fully immersive 3D graphics powered by Unreal Engine!
Check it out!. It's quite the spicy, and there's a fun twist: you can unlock hidden characters by finding Christmas Tree decorations scattered throughout the house. If you find yourself stuck and in need of a hint, simply press 'H'.

Dive into the seductive world of Unreal Lust Theory, a 3D adult first person video game packed with quests and steamy encounters. Take control of a 20-year-old guy whose life is about to change when he finds out the same day is repeating. You live in a house with three beautiful women, choose your relationship with them and see what you can accomplish because, well, the day is repeating!
This game is based on our most popular AVN game "Lust Theory", all of the original locations and characters are being remade as we speak!
In the meantime, we don't want to spoil much, but meet Megan and Jessica, who live with you and, after the Christmas update, you can interact with both of them.
This beautiful MILF is Elizabeth, she is also living in a house with you and she will be available in the next update. They are currently finishing up her animations and clothes.
Last but not least, they are currently working simultaneously on Ellie and Nicole. Ellie is a Cosplay girl who goes to college with you and Nicole is a professor there. Again, don't want to spoil, but you can expect amazing stuff!
