Slight test change to the monthly poll system!

I'm gonna be testing out a new monthly poll system this upcoming month, it's gonna be the same when it comes to suggesting and voting on characters and scenario's, but with a slight change to what the votes do
The new change will be that instead of the top voted character and scenario being chosen, your votes will rather increase their odds of winning.

It means that at the end of the month all the 5 suggested characters and scenarios will be put into their individual wheels, one with all the characters and one with all the scenarios.
The % of votes the different characters get will be their odds on the wheel
Meaning that lets say we got 5 characters
Character A 51% votes
Character B 8 & votes
Character C 21 % votes
Character D 19% votes
Character E 1% votes
The % of votes they get corresponds to the % odds they get to win on the wheel, so "Character A" has 51% chance to win the monthly poll

I wanna test this new format out as its apparent that the most popular characters will only win, with this it brings even the least known characters a chance to win!
Many get also discouraged of suggesting due to them knowing only the most popular character will win, so this will make it so that every character suggested has a chance to win :]

I others will like this aswell, as it helps make it so that every character has a chance rather than just the most popular one!
