Works either way honestly: - P-balloon only inflates the person or anyone who touches or pops it - P-balloon inflates anybody that is within it’s effective range after being popped I’m all for either way it works

wasnt the rule with P-balloons that whoever popped the balloon gets inflated? if thats the case, the viewer should actually be the one turning into a balloon....
