"I am your salvation!" it whispers, the voice gaining a sinister, soothing quality. "I am the answer to your desires, the key to your ultimate victory. Accept me, and victory will be yours!"
Salvation? Victory? Those words resonate deep within me, striking at the core of my ambition. I glance at the Hulk, the green behemoth still pounding on me. Then I turn my gaze to Ethan, that smug look on his face that makes me sick to my stomach. The two cats he has, they are the ones who have been doing the most damage to me!
Images flash through my mind: crushing the Hulk beneath my heel, watching Ethan grovel at my feet, the world trembling before my might. I will make them suffer. I will be the strongest.

This energy is so dark, so twisted that it makes the gamma radiation I was dosed with feel like child's play. I feel myself being twisted and contorted in ways that are both agony and ecstasy. Like I am breaking and being rebuilt at the same time. The Shadow Bond. That is what this is. It is something new. Something amazing!

The oily, black aura intensifies, enveloping me completely. It feels like I'm being reborn, shedding my old skin and emerging as something far more terrifying. This is it. This is my true potential unleashed. I am the Abomination, and I am about to become a god.
