Wildgirl sat nearby, batting around a small dumbbell with her furry hand. She was more interested in playing than training. Ben told her to train, but she understood it was best to play from the sidelines.
Ben benched a heavy set, grunting with the effort. "C'mon, Wildgirl, get in here and spot me!"
Wildgirl tilted her head, letting out a soft growl. She wasn't quite sure what spotting entailed, but she knew it involved being close to Ben. She bounded over, ready to assist.
"Nah, not like that," Ben said, chuckling. "Just... stand there. And if I look like I'm struggling, grab the bar, okay?"
Wildgirl nodded, her orange hair swaying. She crouched beside the bench, her keen senses alert. Ben lowered the weight again, pushing through the last few reps. Sweat trickled down his brow. He could feel the burn in his muscles.

Ben set the weight back on the rack. "Alright, that's enough for today," he said, wiping his face with a towel. "I'm beat."
Wildgirl perked up, tail wagging. She loved when Ben was done training. It meant more attention for her. She scampered closer, sniffing at his sweat-soaked shirt.
"Hey, hey, none of that," Ben said, gently pushing her away. "I'm all sticky. I need to hit the showers."
Wildgirl whined, nuzzling his arm. She loved Ben's scent, especially after a good workout. It was primal. It was intoxicating. The more she smelled Ben, the more her lower body tingled with anticipation. Wildgirl felt hot inside, and itchy, like she needed to cool down.
Ben peeled her off him. "Sorry, girl. Shower time. You can play with the weights while I'm gone."

Wildgirl ignored him. She reached out, sliding her hand along the glass. Ben could see the intensity in her eyes, the primal desire that burned within her. She wanted to be closer. She needed to be closer.
With a swift motion, she opened the shower door. The cool air rushed in, swirling around Ben. He stared at Wildgirl, his mind racing. He didn't know what was happening. All he knew was that she was acting strangely.

"Just take care of yourself," Gwen said, the words laced with concern. "And where is Wildgirl?"
Ben tried to sound nonchalant. "Yeah, she's outside, running around, being all... you know, Wildgirl."
Gwen seemed satisfied with that answer, or at least, she didn't press further. "Alright, well, I'm gonna head out. I need to grab something from the store." She paused, a strange look on her face. "I'll see you later, Ben."
She was about to leave when a scent drifted through the door crack. It was heady, intoxicating. A mix of sweat, musk, and something else, something distinctly animalistic. A sweetness, all her own.
