Hello, in Assetto Corsa > Settings, you must enable Post-Processing Effects. If you don't see FreekyRealism V2.3, it means that it was installed incorrectly. Please try to join Discord again, so I can help install it completely! https://discord.gg/BKwmxVu3Sq

idk if it's just me, but the discord link doesn't work for me. Also while downloading this v2.3, on the step 3, it shows to follow (setting > Assetto Corsa > Setting) however it does't show up that section on mine. Instead, I did Enable Post-Processing Effects, yet have no clue what you meant by select FreekyRealismV2.3. I only skipped this part and it seems working, but not 100% sure. May I get a follow back with this?
