I reserve to take creative freedom with any of the winning suggestions.
A.)A middle age single male internet troll is ogling some "Mommy milf" Vtubers (like Vex) on a streaming site, gets zapped by his keyboard and turns into a full time mom, who instead of trolling the vtubers, starts considering the opportunity to do that herself. (I assume Vex the sun eater not Vex my character)
B.)Some nerdy folk are playing [Table top miniatures game] and one of them reminds the group about etiquette and another responds sarcastically. "Yeah, whatever mo~m." Then they all become cute thick milfs and their grimdark game is now cute and colorful. (I'd adapt this a little, this is a lot of characters lol)
C.) Revisiting the device from last months image that featured Milftallica. What if the device malfunctions and explodes causing everyone in the area to be transformed based on the “Thicc Milf” parameter. (There is a coffee mug falling in the scene. This could be what causes the malfunction)
(Again a lot of characters would be involved it won't me an insane amount of people)
