Today's SFW audio is slightly different! This is part of a new series where each audio Mommy will help you with self care tasks. This week, she’s going to stand and encourage you to tidy your room.
I know it’s often helpful to have someone just stand with you, and instruct you what to do next.
Before you listen, make sure you have a rubbish bag ready to pop any rubbish in! (one for general rubbish and one for recycling!)
Tasks:
Picking up rubbish from your desk / bedside units
Tidying up any plates / cups
Picking up 5 objects and putting them away in the right place
Putting laundry in the basket
Picking up rubbish from the floor
Making your bed
