I hope this is the result of some cocky argument between Rowan and Andras, and Helayna steps in to protect Rowan. Rowan bets she will beat him and Andras bets that if he wins, he takes Helayna as his slave instead of Rowan's. Alternatively it would work well if the scene was placed after the first castle raid and Andras takes Helayna as a prize before the player choice for Rowan to keep her as his or for the orcs.
