That makes sense cause you see Whitt in pannel 4,5 and she's calm and in control of the situation meanwhile cut to her barging into Katie's quarters frustrated and rushing her to get ready and she's doubling in size rapidly.

Well, anybody she recruits has to be somebody she can get hooked on the product. She's clearly someone who always needs to have something to hold over others. Although it was interesting earlier in this sequence to learn that she's also had her life manipulated by this evil company.

Katie, Brian, et al snuck out of the fair, I didn't feel it necessary to show. Whitt was definitely distracted getting the loompettes rolling the watermelons to the portal as supervising those gals is a demanding task itself heh. Katie also got a few loompettes wasted at the beer tent and lost her gaggle that way!

It seems like Carrie isn't someone she could ever fully trust or even fully extort. What I wonder is if Whitt could roll back someone like Carla who's unquestionably devoted to this establishment and has been from the start. Is she too far gone as a marshmallow girl to be utilized in a new way?

Yeah but aren't the loompettes always around all the time where did they go all of a sudden we know for a larger producer you only need about 5 of them to move a blueberry,pumpkin and watermelon and Katie was surrounded by them when she was enjoy the carnival so where did they go?

I don’t think she let Katie go, I think she was too focused on getting the watermelons in the portal that when she turned around Katie was gone without a trace and Whitt clearly hates not being in control

Hmmm... so did Whitt just let Katie go? Cause wasn't she literally just around the corner from Katie, Cory and all those guys? Cause yeah, that seems like way too easy of an "escape," and I'm sure Whitt's bosses wouldn't like a member of management just going AWOL with company secrets and all. Maybe Whitt just lawyers up and sues Katie and her crew- no nefarious plots just the legal system. Also, maybe Carrie gets the management offer, but Carrie also seems prime material to just betray Whitt and the company like Katie just did... why not get some more enthusiastic management material? Mads seems like she would be perfect management material- enthusiastic, a real believer in company values, and really has some first hand knowledge of the product! I guess Whitt could also promote Wendy or some of the other girls from the store too...

There is a part of me that wants to see like a quick mini comic of Carrie being prepped by Whitt but Carrie is planning a double cross by trying to become the fattest one in the factory and so begins experimenting on herself with loompette help because they just want the opportunity to feed Carrie and things get crazy huge for Carrie

My two cents, I think it is affected by personality and factors like greed, addictive behaviors, and other factors. So I think with Carrie it was Katie rushed the process too fast trying to turn Carrie instead of working with Carrie to win her over and explain the benefits of becoming enormous. Also because I think because Carrie has a tart personality, they should have tried something sour on her

Oof whittman has gotta be pissed if Katie gets caught again she definitely won't get the same deal as before. Also "phew" all week I thought Katie was gonna punch Brian and turn them in. At least now they have insider knowledge and proof of the companies miss conducts. This is definitely my favorite comic out of the series its had me so tense with the story line and we finally got some amazing juicing content (no one ever does it and it's the best bit of the whole fantasy). Thank you Opik 🙌 you are amazing in art and story
