Yes it is, but pictures might now show up, so it's simpler to just use joiplay. If you only want to play in browser you can google 'how to play html games with images on android'.

something to mention as i've not seen it mentioned on other posts, I was struggling to get this to work until I checked the properties of the .zip and had to manually change that this file is trusted. Post that it has worked like a dream

There are two files, one looks like this: 'Wasteland Lewdness 0.xx.xx.z01', the other one is 'Wasteland Lewdness 0.xx.xx.zip', when they are both downloaded and are right next to each other, use a modern file archiver software like 7z to unzip the one that is 'Wasteland Lewdness 0.xx.xx.zip'. If you are not using windows then google unzipping methods of split zip files for your system. If you are using android, use apps like joiplay to run the game instead of your browser, or image might not show up.
