On 6/25/2024 Brittany pleaded no contest to "reckless driving with alcohol being a significant factor". Adjudication was withheld. She was sentenced to 50 hours community service, 12 months probation, 3 months ignition interlock device, plus the other usual conditions. Her fine was $1391, which is steep for a person who agreed to breath testing and had no priors. Her probation was terminated on 7/7/2025. Brittany has two citations since this arrest: on 12/3/2024 and on 1/22/2025 for running steady red lights. She was fined $284 each. Both cases have been marked as "failure to pay."
