Behind The Mugshot

Thank you Polo Boy, really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts! We totally understand what you mean, the footage quality can definitely vary from case to case, department to department. Unfortunately, it all depends on what’s provided by the departments, so we don’t have control over that part. The new tier wasn’t meant to improve the footage quality itself, but to give more access, with daily posts, all the raw footage from our YouTube videos, and extra booking footage each week. We really value your support and feedback, it helps us keep improving how we put everything together!

Polo Boy

I’m not trying to be rude, but I just bought the new high tier and there’s not much quality at all. There is not any difference in the footage at all whatsoever. There’s not even any better quality of searches or more clear arrest footage. 50 camera switches. Stuff still being blurred. Please increase your quality. Please
