Thank you for making these. The content quality is fantastic and clearly required a lot of work. And thank you for including both metric & US measurements on the recipes. I don't think I've ever seen any published cookbook do that. Meanwhile, hardcover version of cookbook is currently in Top 100 best selling cookbooks for US region. Congrats!
