Most dealers charge $75-100 for oil and rotating tires is like $50 but and I worked in a parts store I've waited 2weeks for a BMW filter to come from Germany and 5 days for a new dodge filter

Rotating tires means they swapped the positions of the front and rear tires. Most people don't really do this, but it's to even out the amount of wear between the drive tires and the two that don't get power from the engine. If you're not going to change the oil yourself, I'd recommend taking it to a place that ONLY does oil changes, less likely for them to fuck it up and significantly cheaper than what Teccy paid.
