Too many “it would of been nice ifs”. I am very intrigued by the writing style, about building the story through encounters and room descriptions. They should of included a quick guide to their OSR system approach. I don’t want to be too Bryce Lynchian but this sounds hard to use at the table.
I was just about to post that link about The Vanilla Game. Coincidentally, my own home brew game which my players call YARG (Yet Another Roleplaying Game) uses an identical dice mechanic, but then they diverge significantly.
