Naruto Pokemon chapter 271

"Guys, we may be in trouble."
As Kaito finished speaking, everyone's expressions froze.
Harusame also asked with a serious expression.
"Kaito, is this the incident in the village you mentioned earlier?"
This mission should be the most confidential of secrets.
There may be some people who know about this action, but those who know the route of action are all the top leaders in the village.
And seeing that Kumogakure was able to appear at the landing point so promptly to intercept, and also mobilized top-level combat forces like the AB combination, without even asking any questions, and directly came up to greet with the Tailed Beast Bomb, it was obviously not just a coincidence that they passed by there.
And there is also that strange enemy who can use Wood Style and seal the 'Zero Eight-Tails'.
Harusame, who was unaware of Uchiha Obito's identity, obviously regarded him as a third party force sent specifically to deal with 'Zero Eight-Tails'.
If Uchiha Obito had not killed many Kumogakure ninjas, Harusame would have even thought that he was Kumogakure's backup.
Kaito thought about it and did not answer the question immediately. Instead, he took out a few military ration pills and threw them into his mouth.
He then used Ice Style to create an ice platform on the sea that was shaped like a ship.
Then he sat down and said.
"Yes, but let's head to the Land of Whirlpool first. I need to sort out my thoughts."
Everyone looked at each other, but still sat on the ice boat, activated water-style ninjutsu and started moving forward.
Blue also thoughtfully took out a few plush mats from the "secret space" and laid them out for everyone.
And Kaito was lost in his own thoughts.
Some things are not convenient to tell Harusame and others directly, and the current situation is very different from the original. Kaito himself needs to think it through before deciding how to deal with it later.
‘First of all, there is no doubt that this matter was definitely Madara's doing behind the scenes, and the most important purpose was to make Obito turn evil.’
'However, the difference from the original is that the time point has been advanced, and the target is no longer Konoha. This is probably because Kirigakure is about to withdraw from the Great Ninja War, and is negotiating with Konoha. Whether it is delaying or continuing to attack Konoha, it will seem very abrupt.'
'This also indirectly shows that Uchiha Madara's control over the Kirigakure Village has not reached a particularly deep level, otherwise he would definitely continue to train Obito for a while like in the original work.'
‘But since Uchiha Madara did not choose to control the two lands, the Land of Lightning and the Land of Earth, that were still at war with Konoha, perhaps he had a backup plan on the side of Kirigakure before?’
Then, Kaito thought of the abnormality between the Third Mizukage and Yagura, as well as the green-haired Anbu who always followed behind the Third Mizukage.
"Captain Harusame, have you ever seen the green-haired ANBU who followed the Third Mizukage-sama before we set out?"
Kaito's sudden question made Harusame stunned for a moment, but he immediately answered.
"That guy should be Madara from the logistics department. You've seen him before. He's the only green-haired guy in the Anbu, and the mask matches."
Having said this, Harusame paused for a moment, then continued hesitantly.
"But that guy has been working in the logistics department all this time, and his ability is not that great. I don't know how he managed to become the personal bodyguard of the Third Mizukage-sama."
There was no need to listen to what Harusame said afterwards. The code name "Madara" alone was enough to make Kaito frown.
Kaito also remembered that when he joined the Anbu, it was the other party who handed him the equipment at the window. He even mocked this guy's code name in his heart.
It’s just that Kaito himself didn’t stay in the Anbu for a long time and didn’t change his equipment afterwards, so he didn’t remember this person at all for a while.
There is no need to think about it now, this guy must be a White Zetsu who was assigned to the Kirigakure Village.
‘I just don't know how many White Zetsu there are in the village.’
‘It seems that White Zetsu has a transformation technique that even the Byakugan cannot see through.’
As for Black Zetsu, Black Zetsu can possess these White Zetsu at will, so it doesn't make much difference whether he stays there permanently or not.
‘What a bad taste! Is it not afraid that Old Madara will destroy it later?’
‘Since that ANBU is White Zetsu, the Third Mizukage is definitely under control. But he must have been controlled recently, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to enter into peace talks with Konoha so early.’
“But what about Yagura?’
Kaito was a little unsure whether Yagura was also controlled by White Zetsu.
Although everything seemed normal when he saw Yagura before the mission that day, he didn't seem to be under control.
However, after all, this guy in the future was controlled for more than ten years before he revealed his flaws, and Kaito was not sure whether his judgment was accurate.
But no matter what, the only two Kage-level strongmen in the village may be standing on Uchiha Madara's side at this moment.
And this is the most troublesome thing.
The Third Mizukage had mentioned before that he wanted Kaito to be the candidate for Mizukage. Regardless of whether Kaito himself wanted to be the Mizukage, it was a hidden danger for Uchiha Madara or the future Uchiha Obito to control the Kirigakure Village.
Moreover, in this incident, Kaito also demonstrated the ability to threaten Kamui, and he might have become a thorn in the eyes of the mastermind behind the incident.
‘I don't know how badly Obito was injured after being hit by the aurora beam.’
Kaito thought again and realized that Uchiha Obito was still wrapped in a layer of White Zetsu jacket, and he felt a little unsure.
‘But thinking about it this way, the front line has been attacked by Kumogakure for a while, could it be the work of White Zetsu? Just to send Nohara Rin here?’
Kaito shook his head, this kind of thing is not important now.
In short, if he had not read the original novel and roughly guessed some of the tricks behind it, and just went back to the village directly, he would probably be walking into a tiger's mouth and a trap.
‘Well, if Obito or White Zetsu had found out that the power of the mangekyo can't hypnotize me again, they might have already warned Uchiha Madara.’
Kaito rubbed his eyebrows with a headache. The current situation was overwhelmingly unfavorable to him.
Not to mention that the Third Mizukage and Yagura occupy the righteousness of the Kirigakure Village. If he is not careful, he will be besieged by the entire village.
In terms of combat power alone, two veteran Kage-level powerhouses are difficult enough to deal with.
Uchiha Obito, who has just awakened his Mangekyo, may still be hostile to the Kirigakure Village, and he is kept in the dark and may not necessarily show up.
But the strength of the White Zetsu codenamed "Madara" is still unknown, and behind him is the "real Madara" who has many backup plans even though he is old and has to be intubated and unable to leave the spot.
‘This is a serious situation. I might as well just defect.’
Of course, that’s what Kaito thought.
It's not the end of the road yet, and Kaito already has too many ties in Kirigakure Village. It's impossible for him to abandon everything and run away without trying.
‘I have to give it a try. I have already defeated the Fourth Raikage, so I should be able to defeat the Mizukage, right? Probably.’
‘But the most important thing now is to go to the front line and join up with Ao-sensei. With the Byakugan, I can confirm who is being controlled in the village, and at least distinguish between friends and foes.’
Thinking of this, Kaito walked to Harusame and told him some of his guesses.
During this period, Kaito did not avoid the other surviving Anbu, and everyone's faces turned very ugly after hearing it.
