Sigh, it's long (40 minutes), and I'm pretty much crying through most of it so it's gonna be hard to watch, but I urge you to sit with that discomfort and ask yourself why it's there or why we run from it so quickly.
It's a private moment yes, but I'm choosing to share it with you, there's no embarrassment or shame, just sharing pain and stories and hopefully growing

Half way through the video ( my internet signal weak) I can relate being fibromyalgic myself The last few weeks walking/standing is difficult and my left calf is two inches bigger than other( swelling ) but remember Life's brutal (existence is suffering - The Budda), as Sylvester Stallone said in RockyBalboa" life ain't about how hard you hit , it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward " don't let it get you down , keeping stress to a minimum I find is key , stay as upbeat as possible - search for a Fibromyalgia group near you - see if they can share tips - try adjusting your diet and keep tabs. Take it easy❤️ , seriously give Guiafenesin protocol a go - what have u to lose ?
This sounds a lot like my life. I wish we lived close and I could be your friend and grow you medicine and give you hugs when you feel terrible. I'm having a day like this today. 😢
