Working on RPG elements, saves, database and normal game updates.
1) Updates via butler - made it possible to update builds through the Butler program. Now it will be easier for me to update builds of the game, because only updated game files will be downloaded. By the way, I advise you to download the launcher from itch.io, cuz it will let you update only changed files.
2) Controller:
- Fixed walk/fight animations transitions.
- Added block feature in battle mode.
- Added strafe animations.
- Added footstep sounds (one type).
3) Stats:
- Rewritten scripts main stats of the character.
- Added script characteristics and skills of the character.
4) Save - reworked the save and left the old one. Everything works way better.
5) Debug menu:
- Added a debug menu that displays the current FPS and the amount of memory used. Called on F1 button.
I planned to record a video with the controller, but I thought it would be easier for You to download and run if you want:) And yes, I now plan to update the build more often, so You can watch the progress of builds on your own.
