Weekly Update (Brief!) + Revia Files + Lofi Stream
🕑 Added 2023-11-27 20:57:20 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Hope you've had a good week. As I mentioned in the Pack Poll - the Revia is released (as well as VE: Archon and VE: Tribals). I did a remake of the Revia that have a face mask to give it that anime flavor as well, but it's not in the released version. Instead you can download the textures and defs here (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1h8HHCRgJ4y-GMJ4spg7-rh-MN8wNtD2H?usp=drive_link). You just have to overwrite the Revia folder in the Portraits of the Rim mod folder. If you need a further walkthrough, just DM me!
I also mentioned in the Pack Poll - somewhat exciting news (well, for me). Basically after talking with the programmer, we figured out how to make new layers. This means we can make separate layers for things like horns and wings so that they don't reflect hair color, we can create long ears that don't have clipping issues with hair, potentially I could make a muzzle layer that could make it cleaner for those xenotypes with animal faces. Lots of cool options! So, while we figure out what the next pack is going to be, I'm going to work on that. Stay tuned!
Life Updates: My programmer/boyfriend released his JRPG game last week! If you enjoy that kind of game, you should totally check it out (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2336330/Tower_Song/). Other than that, I watched the End of Evangelion last weekend and it was...hmm. The animation was gorgeous and the aesthetic direction was A+. Definitely was a ride emotionally, but I guess that's just Evangelion for you.

Ohhhh, okay. I follow now with the tattoo thing. The pale white look is actually not a tattoo thing at all - it's a weird thing with how the color shading works in Rimworld. That's been on my "reach" of things to do - basically I need to make it so that there is a pink undertone to skin, rather than the default white/grey that Rimworld has

Great news on the layering! Question though - would the changes enable you to have tattoos with transparent background, instead of the white whole-body coloring? Congratulations to Mr. Programmer! 🌟
