The next major content update is currently being worked on, as some of you may know. This will be probably the biggest update the game has ever gotten and will be the one that lands the game on Steam! Finally after five years of being in early access hell on Patreon it will be... in early access on Steam. But hey, after the next bahhhh five updates? It should be considered V1.0, not to mention this new build will put the game in a state that feels almost finished to be honest. With a grand total of 40 enemies, 40 random events and a bunch of major gameplay elements that have been promised for some time now will be in this new build. Later updates that release on Steam will feature a few new gameplay elements that won't make it in this build, along with new seasonal events, random events, enemies, maps, and of course Big Bads. Who knows what other goodies will come, but the game will definitely be releasing in a state that I will be very happy sharing with the public.
Now enough talk about the future. What's currently being worked on? As you can see in the video above, I've recently redone Taker's animations. On top of this, I've already finished working on the seven new random events arriving in this update, along with a bunch of fixes and small changes/additions. I'll soon begin working on the new upgrades system that has been labeled "coming soon" for five years now in the Blacksmith's shop screen. I'm so very excited to start up on it and I'm sure y'all are gonna love being able to create your own unique loadouts.
"Let's Go Gambling!" (A new random event where you spin a slot machine to either increase/decrease your health or increase/decrease your run speed. It's super fun when you're lucky and can outrun the killer, but also you can die if you keep losing X_X)

Yup! It should transfer over I believe. It's just moving from one platform to another, with your save data within the Appdata/Local folder still being used.

Biggest question ever: If this game were to actually be on steam, would the the player’s progress switch over from the patron version to the steam version?
