This is a bit longer then the usual (26sec), because I rendered this with Eevee (a new thing in Blender that reduces render times by a drastic amount).
It took 8 hours to render & I haven't tried it in Cycles yet but it would take 15x that, at the very least (because of the duration of anim, a ton of transparent materials in the scene & quite a lot of lights).
I'm pretty sure with some more experimenting I could make it look a bit more decent in the future, but the quality can't get better then some average Unreal Engine 4 game (since Eevee is basically the same as UE4).
What I like about it is that I don't have to worry if I add 1-2 extra seconds, it'll take 3-4+ hours to render, or that basically adding anything to the scene increases render time significantly.
With this I really wanted to see how much I can put into the scene before it starts chugging, and then I ran out of stuff to put it 😫
So yeah, I would really appreciate your opinions & criticism on this 🥰😘

I like the cinematic feel to it, and the lights are very pretty, too. It might be a good idea to release all the angles separately as well, if that’s not too tedious a task. If Eevee allows you do more work of this length without killing you with render times, then I say use it over cycles. If you discover something about eevee that you hate for whatever reason and want to go back to cycles, then that’s cool too. 10/10 post I look foreword to your next work :]

Man I’ve always loved Ayane. And this animation is Godly animated. You are a great animator. Very good job. Just the voice is kinda too high for my taste. But nonetheless excellent work.
