Old video I know, but for future reference, the upper ball joints didn't seat fully in the spindle because the spindles are likely designed for stamped steel control arms which have the smaller gmt800 upper ball joint. The cast control arms have a larger diameter shank so they don't fully seat in stamped joint tapers

I have a 04 rcsb Silverado that’s been lowered but doesn’t have a c notch, is it normal for the rear axle to just slam against what I’m guessing is the frame very violently 😂

In my opinion it would look way better with chrome wheels. The mismatch of the dirty black paint and the shiny new black wheels doesn't look good to me. You've gotta do the full baller chromed out spec

you can actually cut the whole welded on section that the bump stop attatches to. i had a sllllammed tahoe we converted to coilover rear and you have to cut that part of the frame and you'll have suspension travel again. there's videos on youtube on how to go low on these
