All the old paint is obviously there, I would wet sand through all the primer and get it back to the green. The green would be sweet

Gotta put the paint stripper on and then put saran wrap over or newspaper so it doesn't evaporate and gets into the paint better

most of those paint stripers that need to brushed on, you need to put newspaper on something over the stripper for 30 minutes or so, and the paint should just flake right off.
