Shu Yu was annoyed by that young master Yao. He came a few more times, and the last time he even said something about her playing hard to get and casting a wide net, which almost made Shu Yu lose her temper and want to kick him into the river.
Did he really think she was sitting on the deck reading to seduce him?
Shu Yu really didn't want to encounter such situations anymore, so she tried staying in the cabin later to avoid unnecessary trouble.
But she couldn't stand it there. Besides the heavy humidity and poor ventilation, the thin wooden walls separated her from the neighboring rooms, and she could hear everything they did, including eating and farting.
Putting up with the chainsaw-like snoring at night was one thing, but enduring such torture during the day was just too much.
Shu Yu would rather be considered a scheming woman on the deck; after all, people were generally more reserved these days.
Apart from that incomprehensible young master Yao, everything else went smoothly.
What made her even happier was that the ship was about to dock at the next port, and a room on the third floor became available.
Immediately, Shu Yu took her luggage and moved directly to the third floor with Ying Xi.
However, when they reached the second floor, they encountered young master Yao again.
Shu Yu, "..."
She pretended not to see him and tried to bypass him and continue upstairs. But unexpectedly, a girl next to young master Yao suddenly spoke up, "Young lady, are you here to find Big Brother Yao? Didn't Big Brother Yao say that you didn't want to talk to him?"
young master Yao coldly snorted. He knew it; she must be playing hard to get.
See, he ignored her all day, and now she came looking for him.
She even brought her luggage. It seemed that she couldn't stand staying in the cabin below and wanted to change rooms with him.
"Miss Lu, it seems like you're facing some difficulties? Although you don't want to talk to me, I can still help you if you're in trouble. You..."
"Make way," Ying Xi said.
young master Yao and the girl were standing in the middle of the staircase, blocking their way.
young master Yao furrowed his brows, "Miss Lu." Yes, even though they had hardly spoken in the past few days, he managed to find out her surname.
However, at this moment, Shu Yu looked at them as if they were idiots.
Not only did her eyes reveal her obvious disdain, but she even said it out loud, "Fools! Get out of the way."
When Shu Yu's voice rose, Ying Xi directly pushed the two of them aside.
The girl let out a cry of surprise and almost lost her balance, while young master Yao quickly reached out to support her.
By the time the two of them regained their composure, Shu Yu and Ying Xi had already gone up the stairs.
young master Yao frowned and was about to call after her. However, when he raised his head, he found that Shu Yu and Ying Xi didn't stop on the second floor and went straight to the third floor.
He exchanged a glance with the girl beside him, and both of them subconsciously followed.
Then they saw Shu Yu and Ying Xi entering one of the rooms. Before Ying Xi closed the door, she even said, "Finally, a passenger got off the ship on the third floor, freeing up a room. It was so uncomfortable for Miss to stay in the cabin below these few days. Next time, we should make sure to book the ship in advance. We can't rush like this again and end up without a good room. On the deck, even blowing in the wind, we always encounter troublesome people."
While speaking, Ying Xi closed the door.
Shu Yu found it very amusing. "You rarely speak so much in a day."
Ying Xi coughed uneasily. She deliberately said those words for those two fools outside the door to hear.
