CURRENT Subscribers Annual Discounts UPGRADE

So a few of the current monthly members were wondering if the discounts running right now could be used to upgrade from the monthly memberships to the annual memberships. We looked into it and unfortunately can't find a way to get the annual discount to apply with the new code. Patreon doesn't currently allow discount codes to be used to 'upgrade' current members, only new members. Even with canceling and trying to re-sub with the discount.
BUT I was able to go in and edit the annual discount for now to allow a bit more off for y'all current subs! So on Patreon, instead of the usual 15% off for switching to annual, it'll be 20% off. 20% is the maximum amount Patreon will allow me to discount the annual memberships, but over on Thangs I was able to bump annual memberships to 40% off temporarily! (So that would be the usual 15% off annual + the 25% holiday discount)
So that's a good option if you don't mind changing platforms but want the more significant annual discount/upgrade as a current member! :)

Yeah, so I think the best bet for you if you wanted to upgrade your current tier to annual I still have the 20% discount for annual up vs the usual 15%.

Great to hear! And yes I do! When you go to your settings in Thangs and look at memberships you should be able to find the discount attachment! If not Dm me and I can send you the link! :)

Switching to Thangs now! I’ll miss having the ease of having all of my subs in one spot, but I do have 2 others on Thangs. I just need to get in the habit of checking both lol. Do you have a Discord channel?

MMF unfortunately doesn't seem to have the option to discount memberships and won't allow me to edit the annual discounts once they've been saved. BUT I just took a look and it seems like I never saved a discount for upgrading to annual from the Legacy Tier specifically, so I went in and applied that for current Legacy members! If you're not officially on that tier on MMF, send me a DM and I can send you a private invite to transfer you over <3
