The boutique poll winner this past month was the phoenix yarn bowl! This one took me a bit to get the posing and everything how I envisioned but I had sooooo much fun sculpting all of those feathers! <3 There are gaps between the wings and tail feathers as well as loops in the tail feathers as options to pull your yarn through depending on what works best for you!
Filament is D3D black with hand painted multichrome acrylics.
Print recs:
2-3 walls
5-15% infill
No supports

Thanks so much! The main problem with doing larger yarn bowls is that most of my yarn bowls already max out most build plate dimensions lol. I might try and do a modular bowl eventually though that can print in separate parts!

I think this is great! But also! For versatility --Could we get one to fit the longer rolls too? The ones not in a ball? So two versions? Idk if that is possible or would be basically an entirely different model 🤣 (this is why you're the modeler and I just use it haha I have no idea)
