Yeah, I knew immediately that it was The Bridge on the River Kwai. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that to be the scene where William Holden is told about the mission to destroy the bridge and that they need him to lead them in. I've seen that movie many times, maybe 15 or 20, since I was a kid in the 70's.
