After he was forced to surrender, and disarmed! The bad guys took away his MP Vest, and jacket. They quickly took him to the back of the buildings away from his guard post. They quickly handcuffed him with his own handcuffs.
One thing the bad guys didn't think about was that they needed to ready tie and incapacitate Cox so that he couldn't run away and alert others. Luckily they found some ropes dangling on the side of the building. They even decided to also use Cox's radio cord to tie his feet even more. Just because they could, practically hogtying him.

Strip Cox of his boots and socks off and cut his shirt off due to the ropes in the way. Then remove his belt and use it to blindfold Cox, while using thr socks to gag his mouth. And cut away his pants to see what kind of underwear he wears
